In the middle 1950's/1960's Alderwood school had its own Brownie Pack and I was its Brown Owl.  The headmistress was a Ms King with whom I had contact concerning the activities of the School Pack.  I did give her, when I left in December 1962, an album of the activities undertaken by the Pack.

 

I have just come across this photograph of the Brownies who were at my wedding ceremony and hope that some of your pupils will be able to recognise themselves.
