London Marathon 2006

On the 23rd April 2006, Phil Cook (Designer of this website, ie ME), will be running in the London Marathon (errr... probably walking most of it), and like most people who run in the Marathon I will be running for charity, my charity this year is the Alzheimer's Society.

The reason I have chosen this charity is that I have a relative who suffers from Alzheimers and is currently in a home. Also an ex-member of staff from Alderwood is also suffering from Alzheimers. So this seemed to be a really worthwhile charity to raise money for.
